HAES

Weight Inclusivity: Accept and respect the inherent diversity of body shapes and sizes and reject the idealizing or pathologizing of specific weights.

Our community consists of many different body types, and we have an understanding that “health” aligns with more than just one shape. Lori has studied Health at Every Size (HAES). HAES works to end weight-based discrimination and aims to increase respect for bodies of all shapes and sizes.

Lori uses a stable, height adjustable hydraulic table and sheets to fit all body shapes and sizes.
